  1. Horsetail
    Horsetail herb is used as an old remedy to cure inflammation, swelling, and pain associated with the condition. It is also beneficial in conditions like osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and arthritis. It heals the injury or damage caused to the tendons, and reduces the pain.

    • Make tea of horsetail herb. Boil 2 tbsp of it in water and drink it twice a day. Or take the available pills.
  2. Comfrey Leaves
