Mix 100 gm melon seeds and 100 gm poppy seeds (khus-khus) together and prepare a powder and store in a clean container. Consume 1 tsp of this powder with water morning and evening.
A clove of garlic is highly recommended for high blood pressure. Chewing one clove of garlic every morning is considered very healthy. The garlic can also be roughly pound and can be swallowed with water.
Prepare a juice of 25-30 curry leaves with 1 cup of water. Strain and drink in the morning. If needed you can also add limejuice for good taste.
