You might mix one tea spoon of rose hip with equal amount of horsetail tea in a cup of boiling water. Allow it to steep for about 10 minutes, strain the liquid and drink a cup 4 times every day.

Finally, to treat bone spur you might want to wear well-padded shock resistant footwear that does not stretch your ligament unnecessarily. You can also do light exercises and yoga regularly that can avoid bone stiffness and maintain good bone health.

    I was just wondering how good massage really is for something that has bone spurs. I am a licensed massage therapist and one of my clients was wondering how good massage is for the bone spurs in her neck. I told her- it wouldnt work all i could do is help it and from what i read it definately will but will u tell me full benefits of the full body massage for one with bone spurs in the neck? thank u muchly!
